Don’t worry, be happy!!
Monday-Write down your one biggest worry. Is this what you want to be devoting your life to?
Tuesday-Write down all of your worries on a piece of paper.
Wednesday-Separate the worries your wrote down into two categories-things you can change and things you can’t change.
Thursday-Replace each worry with something you are grateful for.
Friday- Change the things you can. Make an action plan and Just Do It!!
