Words of Radiance

Word of the Week-Discontentment

Discontentment-Absence of contentment; dissatisfaction; A restless longing for better circumstances.
Interestingly, when I first started to write this post I was going to talk about how to cure discontentment, find contentment in your life, etc. However, after browsing through quotes on discontent I came upon an interesting point-without discontentment there would be NO progress, change or improvement. So, this will be a two part series on discontentment/contentment. Here again is where BALANCE comes in…

Monday-Read the article at Zen Habits. Pick out 4 of the steps you would like to do in the next week.
Tuesday-Friday-do the things you picked. Have fun and be more content!

“Content makes poor men rich; discontent makes rich men poor.” -Benjamin Franklin
