Drink your TEA!

Sit down and enjoy a glass of green tea and the benefits:
*provides an antioxidant boost
*Filled with inflammation-fighting antioxidants
*apply to skin and help reduce puffiness because of the tannins it contains
* help prevent sun damage
*chill the damp tea bags, place in fridge for a bit and put on eyes for 10-15 minutes
