Bean Salad

1 bunch lettuce (about 4 cups), thick stems removed & leaves thinly sliced (I use a spring mix with spinach salad)
14 oz butter beans
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Blend olive oil, vinegar, oregano and salt and pepper. Toss beans and leaves together. Toss with dressing just before serving.
