Dear National MS Society Connection Program Volunteers,
We are asking for your help in promoting an invitation to the survey, “Working Women with Multiple Sclerosis: Impact on Work, Family & Personal Life Choices” to your group members, peers and others in your network of support. We realize that this survey is not relevant to everyone, so please feel free to tailor your distribution list. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and does not impact a person’s ability to receive support and services from the Society.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in promoting this opportunity. We plan to use the results of the survey to inform future Society activities so we appreciate your efforts in helping to reach a larger audience.
The Working Mother Research Institute, a division of Working Mother Media is conducting a survey to reveal how MS impacts the lives of working women with MS and the choices they make regarding career and family. This survey is anonymous. Results will be featured in Working Mother magazine as well as a white paper designed to help employers better serve women with MS. This survey will take approximately 20 minutes. Deadline to participate is September 30, 2014. The survey instrument was reviewed by the Society and is offered as information only, not an endorsement or recommendation. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and does not impact your ability to receive support and services from the MS Society.
If you have any questions, please email the lead researcher: Jennifer Owens, director of the Working Mother Research Institute at Jennifer.firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks for your help in promoting this survey and for being a connection program volunteer of the National MS Society!
