Your breath

Here for you. Taking care of you. Expanding and releasing. Balanced and automated.

A sigh in its release. A whisper in its uptake.

How often to you pause to notice your breath?

Aware of its comings and goings. The space created and left behind.

I would propose the more you notice the air passing in and out of you, the better life will be.

Take 10 minutes today to focus on your breath. Place once hand on your belly button and the other hand on your chest. Breathe into your belly, lungs, then chest. Exhale chest, lungs & belly. Notice how your body feels. Drop your shoulders. Enjoy your breath.
